     ·  Personalul amabil si focusat sa ajuternMixul la micul dejun e bun, desi baconul ar putea fi oferit si prajit
     ·  A fost frig in camera, temperatura nu a sarit de 19 grade. Inainte de a opri caldura, cred ca trebuie tinut cont si de temperatura externa nocturna. rnNu am avut apa calda in ultima zirnDesi camerele sunt curate, lipseste consistenta. La nici una din sederi nu am avut in camera toate consumabilele, au trebuit cerute. Personalul de la receptie raspunde instant, dar senzatia e ca managementul nu impune un standard pentru camere si o verificare. Nu ar trebui sa cer eu lucrurile de baza, la un hotel de 4* boutique, ar trebui sa va asigurati ca sunt acolo. rnMicul dejun se serveste incepand cu ora 7, dar niciodata nu este toata mancarea gata. Intr-o zi nu era paine, in alta omleta era gata dar altele nu, etc. Daca e comunicat ca micul dejun incepe la 7, ar trebui sa fie totul gata la 7. rnRestaurantul a fost inchis pe toata durata sederii.

    Πολύ καλά

     ·  Celý hotel je moc pěkný. Snídaně je výborná, o víkendu byl velký výběr, v pracovní dny trošku menší, ale přesto dobrý. Pokoje jsou malinké, ale pěkné. Hotel má parkování, ale nestačí na všechny ubytované. Hotel je velmi blízko parku a centra, taže se dá pohodlně dostat pěšky, což je příjemné.
     ·  Objednali jsme pobyt se psem a hotel jsme vybrali i díky tomu, že pokoje měly být klimatizované. Poloha hotelu blízko centra je příjemná, ale pouze pokud funguje klimatizace a můžete nechat zavřená okna na pokoji. My jsme zde byli koncem dubna, personál hotelu tvrdil, že klimatizace ještě nejde zapnout. Venku bylo přes den cca 20°C, ale v noci na pokoji bylo 30°C a nedalo se spát. Jenže hotel je v blízkosti hlavní silnice, hasičské stanice a vlakové trati, takže když jsme nechali okna otevřená, byl hodně velký hluk z okolí, což bylo velmi nepříjemné a v podstatě jsme 3 noci nespali.rnDalší nepříjemná, ale drobnost, je osvětlení pokoje. V koupelně je světlo na pohybový senzor, takže většinou zhasne, když jste na WC nebo ve sprše ap. ale rozsvítí se, pokud jen projdete okolo a necháte otevřené dveře do koupelny. Další světlo je zase spojené na jeden vypínač a svítí v pokoji i v koupelně současně, což je velmi nepraktické.

     ·  The design is absolutely charming — every detail is thoughtfully chosen and adds to the warm, elegant atmosphere.rnOur room was small, with a compact bathroom, but very comfortable and had everything we needed.rnBreakfast was nice and fresh, and the staff was friendly.rnThe hotel is located about a 20-minute walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore while staying in a quiet area.

     ·  Modern, camere spațioase, amplasat central.
     ·  Micul dejun trebuie îmbunătățit. Frigiderul din cameră nu funcționa și e f zgomotos.

     ·  - Foarte curatrn- Micul dejun foarte bunrn- Personalul foarte amabil, mai ales Camelia, a fost foarte deschisa si orientata spre solutii. Am avut niste probleme cu camera initiala, dar s-au rezolvat rapid.

     ·  A existat bunăvoință, dar au lipsit unele esențiale, mai ales pentru un business trip.
     ·  Problemele intampinate de oaspete au fost: micul dejun intarziat, in situația unei zile foarte aglimerate în care timingul era inportant.rnȘi lipsa curățeniei (nici măcar prosoapele nu au foat schimbate) sâmbătă.
